The events of that week triggered mass public protests, an explosion of the divisions within the ANC and the alliance, and the intensification of efforts by opposition parties and civil society to remove Zuma from office. margaret Mosia @Izwi lami ( my voice): Today I witnessed people of the the same race discriminating and being racist to one another. And yes it was black people, we are so used to being outcast that we even do it to each other. We have accepted poverty, racism, violence and corruption as a part of our culture and we make it difficult for outsiders who really want to do intervin and help to come to our rescue. Poverty, corruprion and racism are not Ohk and not a way of life so please let's move away from that.....it is possible we can win.

"People say it is a tradition that once you are the deputy president, you then become the president, that is not true," Mr Zuma said in the interview with the South African Broadcasting Corporation. Analysts say a split has emerged in the ANC between those who want a successor loyal to Mr Zu
